How do I know which skate size to order?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our brand-specific size charts. Many aggressive skate brands fit differently, so checking the 'Mondopoint' size is the most accurate way to ensure a snug fit for high-impact skating.
What is your return policy for skates that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all skates. Please note that skates must be in brand-new condition with no scuffs on the shells or wear on the wheels. We recommend trying them on indoors on a carpeted surface.
Do the skates come fully assembled?
Yes, most of our complete skates come pre-assembled with frames, wheels, and bearings. However, if you purchase 'Boot Only' models or custom setups, some assembly of the UFS (Universal Frame System) components will be required.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a warranty on frames and shells?
All skates are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. This typically covers structural failures but does not include standard wear and tear from grinding, jumping, or normal aggressive use.
